Robert joins Systemethix with 20+ years of IT experience working in large enterprise environments, as well as IT consultancies. He comes with proficiency in an assortment of technologies within IT infrastructure, operating systems, networking, IT security and telecoms.

A techie at heart, Robert has a strong passion for both IT strategy and business alignment. He is a technical leader and provides mentorship to our internal resources as well as our clients. Over the years, he’s played with many aspects of technology; mostly focusing on networking, telecoms, operating systems, and hardware.

With an in-depth knowledge of IT Service Management principles and processes, Robert has an exceptional ability of supporting IT infrastructure and managing service projects. He has demonstrated time and time again a unique ability to identify business risks that affect service delivery and is able to facilitate optimal resolutions for all parties involved. Having a customer focussed and goal-oriented approach, Robert drives the team to deliver above and beyond services for all our clients and partners.

An easy-going and accomplished communicator, Robert enjoys driving and motivating his team to deliver against strategic goals and objectives. He is able to collaborate with a range of personnel and suppliers to generate the necessary outcome.

When not in the office, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, doing DIY around the house and is accomplished in the kitchen too.
